Airport Pickup Instructions (Nationwide) – Curbside & Meet & Greet

These instructions apply to airport pickups across the United States. Airport pickup locations and rules vary by airport, terminal, and local regulations, so your booking confirmation and driver message will always provide the final, trip‑specific pickup instructions.

1) Pickup Options

A) Curbside Pickup (Most Common)

Your chauffeur will meet you at an authorized car service / for‑hire pickup area outside the terminal or at another permitted pickup zone. Follow airport signs for “Ground Transportation,” “Car Service,” or “Rideshare/For‑Hire Pickup” and use the exact location provided by your driver.

B) Meet & Greet (Inside Pickup)

If Meet & Greet is selected and permitted at your terminal, the chauffeur will meet you inside near baggage claim (or another designated meeting point) holding a name sign. Meet & Greet may include additional fees for parking/terminal access where applicable and will be shown in your quote or confirmation.

2) What to Do After Landing

  • Turn off airplane mode and make sure you can receive calls/texts.
  • Collect your luggage first.
  • When you have your bags and are ready to walk out, reply to the driver/dispatch message confirming you are “Ready for pickup.”

(Many car services coordinate the vehicle approach after the passenger confirms readiness.)

3) International Arrivals (Customs/Immigration)

International arrivals can take longer due to customs/immigration. If you expect a delay, notify us as soon as possible so we can coordinate pickup timing. Additional waiting time may apply after the grace period listed in your confirmation.

4) If You Can’t Find Your Chauffeur

Stay in the terminal or the designated pickup area. Call dispatch immediately: ----------. Share your airport, terminal, airline, and the nearest door/zone/column sign so we can guide the driver to you.

5) Waiting Time & Charges

Airport pickups include a grace period as shown in your confirmation. Waiting charges may apply after the grace period ends, depending on your booking type and airport conditions.
