1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or pay for Services.
2) Quotes, Bookings, and Availability
- Quotes are estimates until confirmed.
- A booking is not final until you receive written confirmation (email/SMS/website).
- You are responsible for accurate trip details and a reachable phone number.
3) Payments (Stripe / Square / PayPal)
- We accept payments via Stripe, Square, and PayPal.
- By booking, you authorize charges for the confirmed fare and applicable additional charges permitted by these Terms (tolls, parking, waiting time, additional stops, cleaning/damage, cancellations/no-shows).
4) Cancellations
Standard services (Sedan/SUV/Point-to-Point/Airport/Hourly):
- Free cancellation if canceled 12 hours or more before pickup.
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup may be charged up to the full fare.
Sprinter / Specialty vehicles / Large vehicles:
- Free cancellation if canceled 24 hours or more before pickup.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged up to the full fare.
5) Airport Waiting Time (Free)
- Domestic arrivals: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time from flight landing time.
- International arrivals: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time from flight landing time.
After the complimentary time ends, waiting time may be billed as described in your confirmation.
6) Non‑Airport Waiting Time
For non-airport pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time is included unless stated otherwise in your confirmation.
7) No‑Show
A No‑Show may be charged up to the full fare if the passenger does not appear after the included wait time and we cannot reach the passenger.
8) Changes, Stops, and Additional Charges
Additional stops, changes, or special requests may affect pricing and availability.
9) Passenger Conduct, Safety, and Refusal of Service
We may refuse service or end a trip for unsafe, unlawful, abusive behavior, or risk of damage.
10) Vehicle Care; Cleaning/Damage
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Cleaning/damage fees may apply for excessive mess, smoking, or damage.
11) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (weather, accidents, closures, emergencies, etc.).
12) Intellectual Property
Website content is owned by or licensed to Empire Black Car and protected by law.

14) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

New York law governs these Terms; venue in New York County, New York.
