Booking & Quotes
Q1) How do I book a ride?
You can request a quote or book through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS with your trip details.
Q2) Is a quote the final price?
Quotes are estimates until your booking is confirmed. Final pricing may change based on confirmed trip details such as pickup/drop-off, vehicle type, number of stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, and special requests.
Q3) Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Please provide the passenger’s name and a reachable phone number so the driver can coordinate pickup if needed.
Q4) Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. We offer Hourly / As‑Directed service for meetings, shopping, city tours, and events.
Q5) Can I add multiple stops?
Yes. Additional stops are available upon request and may affect pricing.
Airport Pickups(JFK / LGA / EWR)
Q6) Do you track flights?
If you provide your flight number, we may attempt to track flight status to help coordinate pickup. Flight tracking is not guaranteed, so please notify us of major changes when possible.
Q7) How much complimentary waiting time do you provide at the airport?
Our standard airport grace period is 15 minutes for domestic arrivals and 30 minutes for international arrivals, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Q8) When do waiting charges start?
Waiting charges start after the complimentary/grace period ends and are billed according to the booking rules shown in your confirmation.
