Empire Black Car understands that items can be left behind during a trip.

1) How to Report a Lost Item

To report a lost item, contact us immediately via email or phone.

  • Passenger name and phone number used for the booking
  • Date and approximate pickup time
  • Description of the item

2) No Guarantee of Recovery

We will make reasonable efforts to help locate items; however, we cannot guarantee that an item will be found or returned.

3) Return Options

We can coordinate a pickup time and location based on driver availability, or arrange for shipping at the customer's expense.

7) Storage Period

Recovered items may be held for up to 30 days from the date found.
